“Le problème du jour” for Grade 4 BUNDLE features monthly (September to June) math problems for each day of the school week. With a variety of seasonal themes, this bundle has everything you need to engage your French Immersion students with daily problem-solving activities.
You can use these questions as a "Minds on" Math activity or bell ringer. Questions spiral and increase in difficulty as the year progresses. This allows your students to continue to practice their Number Sense and Patterning skills throughout the year, even as you move on to other topics.
This resource includes 2 formats. The questions are the same for each format. Choose which style works best for your students:
1) One page per week: Print and place these sheets in a duotang. Students can answer one question a day to complete the week.
2) Interactive Notebook: Each week is created in a “flip” book style. Students need to cut along the horizontal line and then glue the page into their Math notebooks. Each day they read the appropriate question, flip it over and answer in their notebook!
