Here us a fun Emergent Reader to get your students thinking and talking about the many things they do to live a healthy lifestyle. Featuring a variety of practical activities, this book makes a great springboard to other health activities.
Included in this package is the full colour version in 8 ½ by 11 size. In my classroom, I use this as a “Big Book”! I bind it together and place it in my class library. Early learners love being able to read it over and over again.
Also included are two half page size black and white versions. The first has all text and illustrations. The second version has only the text and background so that students can draw their own illustrations.
I have also included a title page (in colour and black and white) and a student page for you to create a class book where each student writes his or her resolution following the pattern. The package includes full instructions for how to do this. I give each student the opportunity to take these class books home and my families love to read our class created books.
