L'été: This French Summer Emergent Reader explores summertime activities that students like to do. This book focuses on the language structure "J'aime ..." with the verb in the infinitive. The vocabulary features a variety of summer activities.

This package includes:

• 8 ½ by 11 sized Big Book version (in colour and grey-scale): In my classroom, I use this as a “Big Book”! I bind it together and place it in my class library. Early learners love being able to read it over and over again.
• Two half page size grey-scale versions: The first version has all text and illustrations. The second version leaves out the images. Students need to read the text and provide their own illustration or cut out the images provided and glue them to the correct place.
• Class Big Book: With a title page (in colour and grey-scale) and 2 different student pages for you to create a class book where each student writes their own page.
